Didn’t go to Sunday School. Mary didn’t come, anyway. Mama and I went to the Alhambra and saw Will Rogers in “David Harum” and Anna Sten in “Nana.” Both were great.

Got up at 11. Mama and I walked to Highland Park and had sundaes in Sander’s. We went to the Woodward-Grand and saw “Dr. Bull” and “Charlie Chan’s Greatest Case.” Took a bath.
